The Mansions vary in design, with each one having a unique layout and interior. Other than using seeds, there are a few other ways of locating mansions such as using Woodland Explorer Maps or the /locate mansion command. The main reason that you might want to explore Woodland Mansions is to collect Totem of Undying, which will save you upon dying.
They’re also incredibly hard to fully explore due to the amount of enemies inside, who are Illagers. Woodland Mansions are very rare buildings in Minecraft, which can only be found in Dark Forest Biomes.
